3. Eating Habits – Vitamin A is essential for your eyes. You should eat plenty of green leafy vegetables, red and yellow fruits and vegetables as these are good for your eyes. Carrots are very good for your eyes as they are rich in carotene which is essential for eyes.
4. Using Computers – When you read or work on computer make sure the light is right. The best lighting for working on the computer is a soft desk light coming from the side. You should decrease the brightness of your monitor. It is true people blink about 25% less while working in computers which causes eye dryness. Don’t continuously look towards the screen – after every half an hour you should take some rest.
5. Contact lenses Users –If you wear contact lenses take proper care of them. Every time you put your lenses in or take them out of their cases, rinse them properly. You should change the solution when you are putting your lenses to rest at night. Another thing to remember is that longer you wear the lenses the higher is your risk of eye infection. Those who want to change the colour of their eyes should select top quality lenses.
