These vitamins can possibly reduce the ricks of having night blindness and cataracts. It there is a further deficiency in vitamin A, there is an implication of corneal ulcers or blindness. The vitamin E can reduce the risk of muscular degeneration. It also provides resistance and protection to cataracts.
  • It is known that vitamins are good source of antioxidants. The antioxidants combat the outcome of oxidation that can contribute to your health destruction. You do not have to buy all the manufactured vitamins. You can eat the right kinds of food and follow a balanced diet. Eat green leafy vegetables especially carrots.
  • Do not abuse your eyes. Make sure that you give your eyes proper rest so that you can avoid eye strain. This is very common for people who work straight in eight or more hours facing the computer.
